I am Dr Poornima Nikam, BAMS MD (A.M) PG (panchkarma) CCH CGO the founder of AYUR SPAN. I am an Ayurvedic physicians practicing in Navi Mumbai from last 15 Years.

During my journey I faced so many health queries and concerns from my patients. Few queries which really stuck me hard were-
